Tenative release window update

hey all, sorry this is taking so long we found a major issue while beta testing (mostly a few CTD errors while switching between Chyoi and Eri's new segment, but as well as some ending crashes)

Everything seems to be in working order but my beta tester and i are being extra sure to make sure we don't release an unplayable update.

Tentative release window is January 21st, I deeply apologize for the delay, I'll have an updated timeline as well during release .70.
