Version 0.45 hotfix

Hey early update, Kaede is about half done coding wise but some issues were encountered with version 0.4 so I quickly did a hotfix

Fixes

• Aoi now understands the difference between being manipulated and being talked down (Wrong variable flag was fixed).
• Dialogue fix both manipulated and talk-down ending now properly display depending on your ending.
• manipulated ending for Aoi wont accidentally loop to the blackmail ending under the right circumstances.

Changes

• ending .5 is now loops back to the main menu properly (for some reason it wasn't for some users)
